I know for me, family travel does not always mean me and my kids. As you know I went to Italy last March with a few of my favorite family members – my aunt, uncle and sister. And for some folks, friends mean family (kinda like #thegirlfriends). So whoever you hold near and dear, plan a trip, but here are some awesome tips for traveling with extended family:
Another 48 Hours in… Atlantic City
If you have never been, Atlantic City is located about 90 miles south of New York City and about an hour east of Philadelphia. There is a small airport nearby, but is most easily accessed by car. Atlantic City is a boardwalk town on a barrier island, meaning there is an ocean beach to the east and a bay to the west. One of the big attractions is the casinos, but especially in recent years the big hotels have begun to offer other amenities besides gaming. And in the summer, the beach is always fun! So come with me for ANOTHER 48 Hours in… Atlantic City.

Minimalist Family Packing
I am so excited to have another guest post by Claire Hastings. I personally have a love/hate relationship with packing. I am efficient, but would not call myself a minimalist by any means! If you are curious how I pack, click here. But read through for Claire’s awesome tips on how to pack when space is at a premium!

Stuff I Love: June 2017
June might very well be my favorite month… its finally warm and summery here on Long Island! The kids are done with school and we are definitely in summer mode! If you missed it, definitely check out my posts on Must-Have Pool Items and my Beach Essentials, where I give you my best gear and tips for my two favorite summer activities!
This month started with a trip – baby girl and I went to North Carolina, our second home. I’m hoping to get my best of the Raleigh post up soon! I’ve also been hosting some guest bloggers, and their posts have been insanely popular! I love reading, editing and curating content. I also was interviewed by Corey from Fifi+Hop about my month long Hawaiian adventure.
But on to my June Stuff I Love! This month I have three great outdoor things that I am totally loving! Happy almost 4th of July, and happy summer!

Sesame Place Tips
One park that has always made our summer must-do list is Sesame Place in Langhorne, Pennsylvania. I honestly do not think we will go this year, for the first time in 5 summers! I am a bit sad about this! But my guys have “graduated” to a bigger water park (we have a Splish Splash visit scheduled in a couple of weeks), but we have gone to Sesame Place for the past five summers and I am thrilled to share my best Sesame Place tips to help younger families plan their most awesome trip.
