Last year, my awesome group of girlfriends organized a 30+ person winter, family getaway for us to the gulf coast of Florida. We all had THE BEST time, and the main reason we had such a blast was we stayed at an awesome resort that was perfect for our group! This great property was the Alden Suites Beachfront Resort located in St. Pete Beach, Florida!

Last week I was invited to return to the Alden to their blogger bash to help celebrate their 50th anniversary. I was so excited to learn more about this awesome family owned property and to be able to share more with you all on how to plan your perfect beach vacation at the Alden Suites St. Pete!

In 2018 Trip Advisor ranked Clearwater Florida as the #1 most beautiful beach in the United States, and I can understand why!  This area, located west of Tampa and north of St. Pete Beach is such a hidden gem of a vacation destination. My kids love animals and are always up for a zoo, farm or aquarium visit. On our recent trip to Clearwater Florida, we were so excited to be able to visit the Clearwater Marine Aquarium and Marine Life Rescue Center– not just to see all the great sea life, but to learn about how they rehab animals! That’s right, the Clearwater Aquarium is more than just a place to go and look at marine animals – it a working sea animal rehab facility!

Most of the time, I write about family friendly getaways, and fun things to do with kids.
