What could be more fabulous than a vacation in a villa? You want the space and convenience of vacationing in a house, maybe with a private pool, and washer and dryer, but you don’t want to cook and clean like you would in an Airbnb. Well, how about an all-inclusive villa? That’s right! At a few all-inclusive resorts you can stay in your own private villa. Keep reading for my list of the best all-inclusive villas in the Caribbean.
Best All Inclusive Villas in the Caribbean
Gather your friends and family! For your next vacation, you can stay in a three, four or five bedroom villa within an all-inclusive resort. In my opinion, this is the best of both worlds because you have your private space, but also the all-inclusive amenities of the resort around you. Some of these all-inclusive villas also come with Butler service.
Beaches Turks and Caicos All Inclusive Villas
Beaches Turks and Caicos is my best selling family all-inclusive resort, and for good reason. It’s one of the best family resorts in the entire Caribbean. It’s a large resort with a waterpark, 21 restaurants, multiple pools, and one of the best beaches you will ever see.
Beaches Turks and Caicos offers three and four bedroom freestanding villas, along with three and four bedroom units in their new Treasure Beach village.
These are Beaches Butler level accommodations, and come with private round-trip airport transfers, and 24 hour room service.
I love the four bedroom villas with private plunge pool in Key West Village. All of these face the beach for the most gorgeous views. You have your own private yard, private plunge pool, and three levels to spread out. These villas have 4 king beds and sleep up to 10 guests.
The three bedroom villas are a great option as well and they sleep up to 8 guests, with three bedrooms and either an ocean view or garden view.
In the new treasure Beach village there are 2, 3 and 4 bedroom units as well. These are set to open on March 1, 2026 and will be modern and beautiful. The Treasure Beach CrystalSky 4-Bedroom Reserve Villa can sleep up to 10 guests.
Beaches Turks and Caicos is one of the best family resorts, but you could grab a villa, a bunch of friends and have a fantastic adults only trip to Beaches Turks and Caicos.
Beaches Negril All Inclusive Villas
In 2023 Beaches Negril opened the three and four bedroom villas, so they are very new and modern.
The four bedroom Firesky Reserve villas at Beaches Negril all have private plunge pools and are ocean front. They are situated over three levels and can sleep up to 10 guests.
The three bedroom Eventide villas are located in the only building on property that has an elevator. You can choose from the walk out on the ground level, the balcony which is on the second floor, or the unit with a roof terrace, which is on the top floor and comes with access to the entire rooftop.
These villas sleep up to 16 guests. There is a primary bedroom with a king bed, a second bedroom with two queen beds another bedroom with four queen size bunk beds, and another bunkbed nook as well.
The three and four bedroom villas at Beaches Negril come with 24 hour butler service, 24 hour room service, round-trip private airport transfers, Club Mobay airport arrival fast tracking, and a private chef dinner in your suite, on one night of your choice.

Casa de Campo, La Romana, Dominican Republic – All Inclusive Villas
Casa de Campo is not average resort, it’s an entire gated community. Here you will find the second homes of many celebrities!
This resort does offer standard hotel rooms, but you can also book an all-inclusive four or five bedroom villa.
Each Villa has a private pool, a chef made breakfast in your villa each morning, butler service, and golf carts for getting around the property.
When you book a Villa with an all inclusive package, you also get a full breakfast, snacks, lunch, and dinner at resort signature restaurants , extensive cocktails, wine and non-alcoholic beverages by the glass at the resorts’ signature restaurants, bars, lounges, and from the Oasis golf course cart and Unlimited tennis, horseback riding, and non-motorized water sports at Minitas Beach, and one round of 25 shots skeet/trap shooting.
Casa de Campo all inclusive four bedroom villas can sleep up to 12, and the five bedrooms can sleep up to 15 guests.
Casa de Campo is where you’ll find the world class golf course Teeth of the Dog. There are golf packages you can add to your stay or you can pay for golf ala carte.
All Inclusive Resorts with Three or Four Bedroom Units
Marival Distinct Puerto Vallarta, All Inclusive
Marival Distinct all-inclusive resort in Puerto Vallarta Mexico, has three and four bedroom residences. The Four-Bedroom Ocean View Suite sleeps up to 9 adults or 7 adults and 4 children. The unit consists of 2 king-size beds, 2 double beds, and 1 sofa bed.
The Three-Bedroom Suite sleeps up to 7 adults or 5 adults and 4 children and has 2 king-size beds, 2 double beds, and 1 sofa bed.
Guests at this resort have access to Marival Emotions and access to Mozzamare Beach Club. I love Puerto Vallarta, its such a beautiful part of Mexico!
Windjammer Landing, St Lucia, All Inclusive
Windjammer Landing, recently featured on the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, is a family friendly, luxury, resort in St Lucia. This resort offers three and four bedroom hilltop villas. The Premium Four Bedroom Ocean View Villas offer a sophisticated level of comfort with breathtaking panoramic ocean views from a spacious private terrace and pool. The four bedroom units can accommodate 6 Adults and 2 Children and feature 1 King Bed, 1 Queen Bed, and 2 Twin Beds.
The Windjammer Landing three bedroom Hilltop Pool Villa also features a private terrace and plunge pool overlooking the ocean. These rooms can accommodate 6 Adults + 2 Children and feature 1 King Bed, 1 Queen Bed, 2 Twins & Pull-Out Sofa Bed.
This is a gorgeous resort, where you can add the all-inclusive plan. Worth noting, this resort is a 90 minute ride from the international airport, so you could opt for the helicopter or ferry transfer, but a visit to this lush, tropical, Caribbean island is worth it!
Sea Breeze Barbados, All Inclusive Resort
Sea Breeze Barbados is a boutique, family friendly resort on the beautiful island of Barbados. This resort has standard rooms, but also features three and Four Bedroom Suites.
Incredibly spacious with uninterrupted, panoramic ocean views, these are 2-Bedroom Ocean View Suites which connect to one or two Ocean Front Junior Suites. They feature exclusive, upgraded amenities and are ideal accommodations for families and larger groups.
Three Bedroom – Sleeps 8 Adults or 8 Adults + 2 Children (5-15 years)
Four Bedroom – Sleeps 10 Adults or 10 Adults + 2 Children (5-15 years)
I love that you then have multiple bathrooms, and access to the incredible island of Barbados – you will want to get off the resort and explore.
Dreams Dominicus La Romana, All Inclusive Resort in the Dominican Republic
Dreams Dominicus La Romana is a family friendly all-inclusive resort in the La Romana section of the Dominican Republic. This resort has plenty of standard rooms, but also has a three bedroom family suite. This is in the preferred club section, more specifically called the Preferred Club Three Bedroom Family Suite Tropical View. The unit features one king-size and four double beds and sleeps up to 11 guests with a maximum of six adults.
Dreams is your go-to brand for amazing family resorts in the Caribbean, with great food, service and tons of activities. The La Romana section of the Dominican Republic has one of the best beaches in all of the Caribbean, so this is a great option for families or groups that love the beach!
Belizean Dreams, Belize
Belizean Dreams Resort in Belize is located in a lush and friendly environment. It’s an intimate, locally owned and managed Belize All Inclusive beach resort nestled in Hopkins Village along the southern coast.
Belizean Dreams resort has a 3 bedroom ocean front villa that can sleep up to 8 guests with 3 king beds and two futons. This is a free standing villa where the top floor features a primary bedroom with a four-poster king-sized bed, a futon, and an en-suite bathroom with double vanity basins and a walk-in shower. The bottom floor includes a second primary bedroom with a king bed and a futon, along with a standard bedroom with a king bed.
