This summer I visited Walt Disney World with my family. Despite the global pandemic I still really wanted to have a character meal. The only character meal available on property this summer (without a park ticket) was Breakfast ala Art with Mickey and Friends at Topolino‘s Terrace. We loved our breakfast at Topolino’s and I’m excited to share my review with you.

Spending Two Days at Walt Disney World During the Pandemic
Summer 2020 has been a weird roller coaster for all of us. Instead of my kids going to their beloved summer camp, and our family spending most of our time at our local pool club, we ended up driving to SW FL and spending over two months in the sunshine state. Not what I originally planned, but with trying to make lemons out of lemonade, I found myself with the opportunity to visit Walt Disney World for two days during the pandemic. Certainly not for everyone, but I wanted to share my experience of what we did and how it went. Plus keep reading for some tips if you are visiting the reopening of Walt Disney World during this pandemic.

What to expect at the Reopening of Disney Springs
We have been in Florida for four weeks, and recently traveled to Orlando from Naples in Southwest Florida. Normally our Orlando trips are family and theme parked packed, and although we are doing Island H2O Live later this week, and Legoland Florida Water park later this summer, on our recent visit Walt Disney World theme parks were still closed. So yesterday afternoon the kids and I headed over to Disney Springs for some lunch and shopping. It was an interesting experience, and I am excited to share a little bit about our day with you.

What To Pack for a Disney Cruise: Seven Nights on the Disney Wonder
I recently sailed on my first Disney Cruise! Of course, it was amazing, but before sailing I did a ton of research regarding what to expect and what to pack. I wanted to be super prepared for all the fun, and unlike a land trip, you can’t just run to the store if you forget something during your cruise vacation. My family had the best time on the Disney Wonder and I am excited to share what to pack for a Disney Cruise!

The Ultimate Guide to Epcot Dining
On our recent one day trip to Disney, I was reminded what awesome food there is to eat in Epcot. For dinner we chose Via Napoli (See my review below) and on a past trip we ate at Marrakesh, which we also loved. So upon my return home, I asked some fellow bloggers to help me put together this ultimate guide to Epcot Dining (and to give me a bit of a check-list for our next Epcot trip!)
Momma To Go would like to thank Walt Disney World for providing us with two media passes. As always, all opinions are my own.

The Best Places to Travel this Autumn & Other Fun Fall Posts
Fall is such a fun season! Especially when the weather has been so warm here in the Northeast! The kids are finally back to school and its not so terribly hot! Where I live here on Long Island, fall is such a great time for outdoor activities without the oppressive heat.
I also think fall is a great time for travel (in fact, in the travel industry it’s called the shoulder season – that transitional time between summer travel and winter getaways). In my experience you can get some great deals on trips, and everyone knows this is one of the best times to visit theme parks.
RELATED POST: HOW TO PACK FOR THE SHOULDER (OR TRANSITIONAL SEASON)
I actually do enjoy this time of year, up until January when well, winter. But I do love the fall holidays – Halloween and Thanksgiving, and the coziness of fall food – think squash, apples, and of course pumpkin everything!
So today I am rounding up my best of fall – from my favorite activities, products, travel and links to some great fall posts that will hopefully inspire your best fall season!

Things to do in Orlando Besides Disney
I hate the winter. I hate the cold, and the snow, and temperatures that prevent outdoor activity. I love the warm, and the sun, and to be outside as much as possible. So to combat the winter blues, I’ve realized that I need to head south several times each winter.
It’s essential for my survival.
I’ve been fortunate enough to visit Orlando twice in the last two months. Both trips were awesome and I love that we got to experience some of the lesser known attractions. Yes, most people head to Orlando for Disney or Universal but there are lots of things to do in Orlando besides Walt Disney World!

Chef Mickey Review
Last weekend, baby girl and I took a much-needed break to some warm weather. We spent five days in Orlando, Florida with my cousin and her three kids! Now when people think Orlando, naturally, they think of Disney World. And believe me, Disney World is amazing! And tiring! And expensive! So on this trip we took a mellower jaunt to the Greatest Place on Earth – a character meal at Chef Mickey Brunch! If you are short on time, or funds, checking out a character meal is a great way to experience the park in a more low key way. I highly recommend this, so I am so excited to share my Chef Mickey Review!
